Our Cardio Kickboxing classes are intense, energetic, FUN, and can burn up to 600-800 calories per hour. Additionally, most of what is taught in these classes have practical street self defense applications. Prior experience or training is not required, we train all levels - 1st time beginners and up.
Our Martial Arts Program (adults & kids classes) consists of Shaolin Kenpo Karate/Jiu Jitsu, combined with Kickboxing techniques and skills. Traditional and foundational techniques are taught, but also incorporate practical self defense skills and techniques that are geared toward practical street self defense for todays world. Conditioning is also a part of these classes.
In our kids classes, they are taught all of the above, but also focus building their self confidence, concentration, and team work.
Prior training or experience is not required to participate in these classes.
